What do you like about working at Pohlman, Talmage, Brown and Campbell?
I love the genuine commitment that Pohlman, Talmage, Brown & Campbell has to its people – both clients and employees.
What’s your background?
I am a born and raised Daytonian. I began my career as a restaurant General Manager, but moved into the accounting industry as a tax staff accountant after pursuing a degree in accounting at Wright State University. These combined experiences led me to Pohlman, Talmage, Brown and Campbell, where I am able to blend my passion for working with people and my love of accounting in the Operations Manager role.
My husband and I recently purchased our first home, where we reside with our two dogs and two cats.
What are the values that drive you?
Integrity – In any position, as well as in daily life, behaving honestly, honorably, and ethically, is crucial to long term success. This is especially true in the Accounting industry.
Teamwork – Everyone has a unique perspective and set of skills. Celebrating individual talents, knowledge, and experiences in a group setting can help drive achievements and accomplish goals both inside and outside of the workplace.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy any and all creative projects. Whether it’s cooking, sewing, or rehabbing furniture, I spend most of my free time creating and completing DIY projects.
