What do you like about working at Pohlman, Talmage, Brown and Campbell?
Being treated as a professional and respected as an individual.
What’s your background?
I was a co-op secretary while a Senior in high school (many decades ago). My boss at that job (a regional manager) took time with me to teach me, among other things, office etiquette, phone etiquette (I still answer the phone the way he taught me), and customer service skills. He was willing to take the time to help me become better at my job and as a person. He served as a great example of you’re never so important that you can’t help someone else.
What are the values that drive you?
A commitment to professional and personal integrity at all times and using the gifts I have been given to help our customers and my co-workers.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Being “Grandma” to four grandchildren, watching old movies, and being publicist for my husband’s community theater “career” (and also his #1 fan).
